1、rice with coconut milk

Considered the national dish of Malaysia, this fragrant coconut rice is usually served with fried anchovies, peanuts, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs and a spicy sambar sauce.

2、Fried Noodles

A popular stir-fry noodle dish made with flat rice noodles, shrimp, egg, Chinese sausage, bean sprouts, and chili sauce. The smoky flavor is achieved by frying the ingredients in a wok over high heat. 3.
