Nabe cuisine is a type of Japanese cuisine in which a cooking pot is brought to the table along with the dish, and is written as "Nabemono" or "Nabe" in Japanese.
At present, there are three major types of ramen in Japan - Hokkaido Sapporo ramen, Fukuoka Hakata ramen and Fukushima Kita ramen. Hokkaido's ramen is the one that brings together the best of each region with its rich flavor.
